Human & Civil Rights Committee
The Human and Civil Rights Committee (HCRC) works to provide and promote resources and training to uplift our members and the students we serve. We work with the Ethnic Minority Affairs Committee to address institutional racism in our communities, we work to educate members on and speak out on behalf of the LGBTQ+ population, and we strive to help OEA identify programs and policies that promote equitable access to education for everyone.
